Associate Director

We’re looking to connect with experienced OneStream professionals who have a strong track record in designing and delivering end‐to‐end OneStream EPM solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full lifecycle — from market making and sales through to delivery leadership. You’ll be joining a Big 4 firm as they continue to expand their OneStream capability.

What you’ll do

• Build and grow a pipeline of OneStream EPM opportunities through market insight and proposition development

• Lead sales cycles and work closely with clients and internal teams to hit ambitious targets

• Develop and maintain senior relationships across Private Sector organisations and the OneStream sales ecosystem

• Oversee delivery of large, complex EPM programmes, ensuring quality, profitability and client satisfaction

• Mentor and develop diverse teams, fostering an inclusive, high‐performance culture

What you’ll bring

• Experience running or contributing to a business unit and delivering against commercial targets

• Proven success in Go‐To‐Market strategy and execution

• Strong Private Sector client relationship management

• A track record of delivering EPM/Analytics programmes over £2m

• Deep understanding of EPM processes and extensive hands‐on OneStream expertise
