EPM Transformation Lead
As the EPM Transformation Lead, you will guide enterprise organisations through the modernisation of their planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities. You will oversee complex EPM implementation programmes, lead a high‐performing consulting team, and act as a trusted advisor to senior finance stakeholders.

What you will do
- Lead end‐to‐end EPM implementation programmes, from solution design and modelling through deployment, testing, and adoption.
- Define best‐practice FP&A processes and translate them into scalable, technology‐enabled planning models.
- Develop and mentor a team of EPM and FP&A consultants, fostering excellence in modelling, process design, and delivery.
- Collaborate with sales and solution teams to shape proposals, support pre‐sales cycles, and drive practice growth.
- Establish and refine delivery methodologies for EPM programmes, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation across engagements.
The ideal candidate
- Extensive experience delivering EPM/CPM implementations (e.g., Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive, OneStream, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes and technical delivery
- Proven leadership experience managing consulting teams and large‐scale transformation programmes.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable EPM architectures.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence CFO‐level decision‐making.
