Interim Credit Controller – Advertising (3-Month Contract)

Our client, a fast-growing SaaS business, is looking to bolster their collections efforts in the lead-up to year-end and with that, is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join the team on a short-term basis. This role will play a key part in improving cash flow and reducing debtor days during a critical financial period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer accounts for overdue invoices and take proactive steps to secure timely payments.
• Contact clients via phone, email, and written communication to chase outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to resolve payment disputes and maintain positive client relationships.
• Recommend accounts for escalation to legal or external debt collection agencies when necessary.
• Identify and contribute to process improvements to optimise collections and reduce debtor days.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable, ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
