Senior Agentic AI Developer

I’m supporting a major organisation investing heavily in next‐generation autonomous AI, and we’re looking for a Senior Agentic AI Developer to help build advanced systems that can reason, plan, and act independently.

What you’ll work on:

• Designing and building agentic AI systems using Python + modern orchestration frameworks
• Developing multi‐agent workflows (reasoning, planning, memory, tool use)
• Building RAG pipelines with vector databases + knowledge graphs
• Creating semantic data models and retrieval pipelines
• Integrating APIs, tools, and external data sources
• Bringing cutting‐edge AI concepts into production with product, data, and research teams
• Optimising performance, scalability, and reliability

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Python engineering background
• Hands‐on experience with agentic AI (LangGraph, LangChain, LLM orchestration)
• RAG development experience (vector stores, retrieval pipelines)
• Knowledge of knowledge graphs (Neo4j, RDF, LPG, etc.)
• Understanding of LLM fine‐tuning, prompt engineering, context management
• Familiarity with cloud/MLOps (GCP, Docker)

Nice to have:

• Multi‐agent systems or AI reasoning experience
• Vector DB experience (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
• Open‐source contributions
