About the Role
At Breww, we’re building tools that help breweries thrive—currently, we work with over 750 breweries globally, and we’re looking for someone to join the UK team to help us get to over 1000 this year.
As our Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in helping breweries discover how Breww can simplify operations, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth.
This is a mission-driven, consultative sales role where you’ll connect with passionate brewers, listen to their challenges, and help them see the full value of our platform. You’ll be supported by a close-knit, collaborative team that values your input, celebrates wins together, and is committed to your personal growth as well as your professional success.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with purpose: Engage with breweries across the UK/ EMEA to understand their business needs and introduce them to Breww’s powerful platform
- Lead with empathy: Guide prospects through a thoughtful, value-focused sales process—offering tailored solutions that solve real operational challenges
- Collaborate closely with Solution Consultants, Software Developers, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term customer satisfaction
- Own your pipeline: Manage and prioritise leads, follow up consistently, and drive deals forward with integrity and professionalism
- Grow alongside us: Provide insights to improve sales messaging, product positioning, and customer engagement strategies as we enter the next stage of growth
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You're passionate about the beverage industry (bonus if you love craft beer!) and want to help small businesses succeed
- You love connecting with people—whether it's building trust with clients or collaborating with your team
- You have 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or another consultative environment
- You're a strong communicator who listens actively, presents with clarity, and enjoys problem-solving
- You’re goal-oriented but values-driven—you care about hitting targets and delivering a great experience
- You thrive in fast-paced, growing teams, and bring both adaptability and initiative to your work
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling software or technology solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Interest or experience in the brewing, food & beverage, or hospitality industries
- Bilingual (Native English/European language) is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary from ÂŁ35,000
- Uncapped performance-based commission (OTE: £60,000–£80,000+)
- 22 PTO days + bank holidays (plus one additional day for every full year worked to a maximum of 5+)
- Office in Harpenden or WeWork (or similar) coworking membership
Whilst we are ideally looking for someone close enough to the UK HQ to work hybrid, we are open to applicants throughout the UK and would consider a remote-first position for the right candidate.
There is a compulsory London/ Hertfordshire meeting every quarter, regardless of location.
