Program Manager – Office Infrastructure & Technology Projects
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to lead Office Infrastructure and Workplace Technology projects. This role serves as the key liaison between Real Estate & Workplace Services, Corporate IT, Security, Construction teams, and external vendors to design, implement, and deliver technology solutions for new office buildouts, expansions, and workplace transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end delivery of low-voltage systems, network infrastructure, audio-visual solutions, and related IT services while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, construction teams, consultants, contractors, and service providers to deliver workplace technology projects.
- Manage the design, procurement, implementation, commissioning, and handover of:
- ISP connectivity and telecommunications services
- Structured cabling and low-voltage infrastructure
- Enterprise network infrastructure
- Audio-visual and video conferencing systems
- Collaborate with Corporate Security teams to support infrastructure and network integration for access control, surveillance, and related security technologies.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, status reports, and executive-level communications.
- Create and review drawing packages, technical specifications, and project documentation to support successful execution.
- Coordinate procurement activities, vendor selection, RFP processes, contract management, and budget planning in partnership with Finance and FP&A teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively driving issue resolution.
- Ensure seamless project commissioning, testing, and operational handover to support teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex office infrastructure, workplace technology, or construction-related programs.
- Strong project and program management expertise with the ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Solid understanding of architectural design phases, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate construction processes and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing vendors throughout the lifecycle, including vendor evaluation, RFP creation, bid analysis, contract management, and performance reviews.
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure, low-voltage systems, audio-visual technologies, and workplace IT solutions.
- Understanding of power, cooling, mechanical systems, and capacity planning concepts.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, engineering plans, and technical documentation.
- Excellent written, verbal, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred.
