System Developer
System Developer Location: South Croydon Salary: GBP50,000 per year Hours: 40 hours a week. Job type: Full-time, permanent Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for an experienced System Developer to join their ever expanding team. Responsibilities of the System Developer: · Contribute to software development in line with business goals and priorities. · Take on responsibility for key components of systems they become experts with. · Assume shared responsibilities to all facets of I.T resource for the purposes of cover. · Attend and contribute to daily and weekly development meetings. · Continually acquire broader business knowledge and insight for application to specific projects going forward · Ensure delivery of user documentation for all software developments where required. Requirements of the System Developer: · Strong technical background and thorough understanding of essential skills · Strong process and procedural understanding · Ability to coach development colleague(s) · Speak IT development in non-technical speak with project investors. · Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and ethical behaviours. · Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges. · Work comfortably and proactively from design briefs rather than water-tight specification Software/language skills: Essential (proven experience required) · C# .Net Core application development (at least 2 years) · Microsoft Entity Framework · LinQ · Microsoft Visual Studio IDE (v17 upwards (2022)) Preferred · C# WebAPI development (OAuth2) · Microsoft SQL Server · Knowledge of GIT version control · Windows Server · Microsoft Office 365/Teams If you feel like you meet the above criteria for the System Developer, then please apply now!
