We're looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to support the deployment, maintenance and day-to-day operation of IT systems across multiple sites.

You'll be responsible for device deployment, asset management, hardware support and providing first-line technical assistance, while working closely with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure excellent IT service delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT graduate, apprentice ready for progression, junior MSP engineer or early-career IT professional looking to develop their skills in Microsoft 365, Intune, endpoint management and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and configure laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile devices
  • Support Microsoft Autopilot and Intune device management
  • Maintain IT asset registers and equipment inventory
  • Provide first-line and basic second-line IT support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
  • Support Microsoft 365 users and endpoint security processes
  • Liaise with the Managed Service Provider and track support tickets
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding and new site setups

About You

  • Experience with Windows 10/11 environments
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Experience setting up and deploying devices
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Organised, proactive and able to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence or willingness to travel between sites

Desirable

  • Experience with Intune, Entra ID or Microsoft 365 administration
  • MSP, education or multi-site environment experience
  • IT-related degree, apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Microsoft certifications (or willingness to work towards them)
