The Role

As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for MSP customers, building strong relationships, developing strategic roadmaps, and helping clients maximise the value of AWS and managed services. You will work closely with technical teams, lead customer discussions, and drive service improvements through AI and automation.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within an MSP, cloud, or managed services environment
  • Strong AWS knowledge and understanding of cloud architectures
  • Proven ability to manage strategic customer relationships and deliver tailored solutions
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Interest in AI and automation technologies
