Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Transition Project Manager who will play a critical role in leading the end-to-end transition of a complex suite of claim management applications into live operational service. The successful candidate will be accountable for developing, coordinating, and agreeing upon a comprehensive transition and implementation plan across multiple cross-functional delivery squads. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects within tight and immovable timescales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate a comprehensive transition and implementation plan in collaboration with product owners, technical leads, and the Service Operations team.
- Ensure all dependencies, risk mitigations, and readiness criteria are clearly defined and owned by relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the execution of the transition plan, tracking progress and resolving any blockers that may arise.
- Manage the transition process to completion, ensuring a seamless handover into operational service.
- Prepare the organisation to support and maintain the new applications from day one, facilitating a smooth integration into existing workflows.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the technology or claims management sector.
- Strong understanding of transition and change management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
