An established, engineering-led technology business operating in advanced manufacturing is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth. They are open to consider a proven sales director with broad leadership experience looking to step towards a CEO role.

The company has developed a highly credible software-led platform that improves output complex automated manufacturing environments. With proven technology, reference customers, and committed investors in place, the focus now shifts from technical validation to consistent commercial execution.

The opportunity

• Take ownership of revenue delivery, deal closure, and route-to-market execution
• Simplify and scale a software-led proposition within conservative, enterprise engineering environments
• Work closely with investors and the board to build momentum and medium-term value

The profile

• Proven experience leading a PE- or investor-backed technology business
• Track record of commercialising complex software or software-plus-hardware solutions
• Metrology and/or robotics/automation experience essential
• Comfortable closing deals personally and operating in long sales-cycle environments
• Experienced in building scalable go-to-market models and preparing businesses for future exit
