Account Executive
This is a well-established but growing business helping hospitality brands and football stadia manage digital screens across the UK. From menu boards to in-store displays, they handle everything from installation to ongoing content updates.They're now in a growth phase, which means real progression opportunities for the right person.Role overview You'll be the day-to-day point of contact for a group of clients, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.That means managing requests, updating digital content, solving issues quickly and keeping everything organised. It's a varied role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who enjoys juggling tasks, working with people and learning new systems.What you're good at (key skills)
- Clear, friendly communication - you're confident on email and phone
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Comfortable using tech and picking up new systems quickly
- Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
- Proactive, with a willingness to learn and improve
- Experience with Adobe tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Exposure to CMS platforms or digital tools
- Any experience in hospitality or customer-facing rolesFamiliarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk etc.)
