Implementations Consultant
Our client is a leading digital management consultancy and trusted partner to Monday.com, working with clients across sectors to optimise how teams collaborate, track progress and deliver work. They design and implement systems that make businesses more efficient. Role overview The Implementation Consultant will be the project lead when bringing new clients on board 0 responsible for setting up workflows, dashboards and automations that solve real business problems. You'll take clients from kick-off through to full adoption, ensuring each implementation is smooth, effective, and genuinely valuable.This is a hands-on, structured role where you'll be managing multiple small projects (typically 30-90 hours each), taking control while staying aligned with the wider team. You'll work closely with clients to understand their goals, design smart solutions, and build systems they'll actually enjoy using.The ideal person is organised, proactive, and grounded - someone who knows when to ask for support but thrives on ownership. You'll create lasting client relationships and help businesses embed tools that make their workday simpler and smarter.A spotlight on the team and culture The team values accountability, structure, and a genuine sense of collaboration. It's an environment that rewards initiative, encourages personal growth, and celebrates balance.What you're good at- Implementing SaaS tools (e.g. CRMs, project management, or workflow platforms)- Translating business needs into clear technical setups- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and keeping clients engaged- Communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences- Taking initiative, staying organised, and driving things forward- Building and maintaining strong client relationships Bonus points for- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshworks, Atlassian, or other workflow/ITSM tools- Previous implementation experience in a SaaS company- A natural curiosity for how teams work and how processes can be improved
