An early-stage startup is building an AI-powered platform to revolutionise the maritime supply chain, one of the most complex and operationally critical industries globally. The business is run by serial startup founders/senior executives with deep industry experience, and they are now hiring its first senior technical leader.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture across platform, data, and AI
• Design and deploy AI systems that operate within legacy, non-API environments
• Build scalable data foundations and intelligent agent workflows
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering and AI team
• Work closely with customers to turn real operational workflows into production systems

Who you are

• Senior engineering leader with strong AI/ML and complex systems experience
• Comfortable building from first principles in ambiguous environments
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and delivery-focused
