An early-stage startup is building an AI-powered platform to revolutionise the maritime supply chain, simplifying one of the most fragmented and operationally complex industries globally. Led by serial startup founders and experienced industry executives, the company is entering a critical build phase and hiring its first senior product design leader.

This is a hands-on, single contributor role to start, with the opportunity to build and lead the design function as the business scales.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end product design vision across workflows, systems, and user experience
• Simplify complex enterprise supply chain and logistics processes into intuitive, high-trust interfaces
• Design AI-enabled interactions that feel transparent, reliable, and operationally safe
• Create scalable design foundations and systems to support future growth
• Work directly with large enterprise clients to observe real workflows and iterate in live environments
• Partner closely with product and engineering to ship pragmatic, high-impact solutions
• Establish usability standards and experience principles from first principles

Who you are

• Senior product design leader with deep enterprise B2B experience
• Strong systems thinker, comfortable in data-heavy and integration-led environments
• Obsessed with clarity, simplification, and reducing friction in high-stakes operational tools
• Comfortable operating as a hands-on IC while setting long-term design direction
• Energised by early-stage environments and building foundations that scale
