An early-stage startup is redefining how software is built for the maritime supply chain, tackling fragmentation, manual processes, and legacy systems at scale. Led by repeat founders and seasoned industry executives, the company is entering a critical build and scale phase and is hiring its first senior product leader.

What you'll do

• Own product vision, roadmap, and execution from first principles
• Translate complex operational workflows into intuitive, scalable products
• Partner closely with engineering to deliver AI-enabled automation at pace
• Work directly with customers to observe, test, and iterate in live environments
• Establish product foundations that support long-term platform scale

Who you are

• Experienced product leader in complex B2B or platform businesses
• Strong customer empathy with the ability to simplify without losing depth
• Comfortable working with data, AI, and integration-heavy products
• Decisive, execution-driven, and energised by early-stage build environments
