London Office-based (on-site leadership role)

Package is DOE: £110,000 – £220,000 base salary, p lus potential equity and long-term incentives.

A high-growth international technology company is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead the European expansion of a next-generation mobile super-app platform.

The organisation is building a digital ecosystem that combines social networking, live streaming, messaging, digital wallet functionality and e-commerce, creating a single platform designed to connect communities, creators and commerce.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on scaling the business across the UK and European markets, driving product adoption, user growth and investor engagement.

The business currently employs 70+ staff globally and is backed by an established international technology group with a strong presence across Asia, Europe and North America.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the company’s long-term growth strategy across the UK and Europe
• Identify emerging trends across mobile platforms, AI and digital ecosystems
• Work closely with the Board and investors to deliver strategic alignment and growth

Product & Business Growth

• Lead the scaling of a consumer mobile platform across European markets
• Drive user growth through acquisition, retention and monetisation strategies
• Optimise platform performance using key digital metrics including DAU, MAU, LTV, CAC and ARPU
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver rapid innovation cycles

Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Lead investment discussions and capital raising initiatives
• Build strong relationships with venture capital partners and strategic investors
• Represent the company publicly through media, partnerships and industry events

Leadership & Organisation

• Build and lead a high-performing executive team
• Establish a strong culture of ownership, innovation and accountability
• Oversee financial planning, operational strategy and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology or digital platform businesses
• 5+ years in senior executive or general management leadership roles
• Experience scaling consumer internet or mobile app platforms
• Strong understanding of freemium, subscription or marketplace business models
• Track record of working with venture capital or investment funding
• Experience leading international teams of 50+ people
• Fluent English (Mandarin beneficial but not essential)

Highly desirable

• Experience scaling consumer mobile platforms or social networks
• Exposure to IPO, venture-backed or high-growth technology businesses
