We are looking for an experienced Intermediate Change Manager to join our Technology Change Management team and support enterprise-wide technology transformation and business-as-usual (BAU) change activities.
As an Intermediate Change Manager, you will play a key role in supporting technology change governance, compliance, and operational change management activities across complex technology environments. You will work closely with technical teams, governance functions, and business stakeholders to ensure changes are reviewed, assessed, communicated, and implemented effectively while maintaining operational stability and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and support technology change review processes across BAU and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to established change management policies, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate change approvals and liaise with technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
- Support risk and impact assessments for planned technology changes.
- Monitor and track change activities, ensuring appropriate documentation and audit readiness.
- Produce regular governance reports, dashboards, and management information for stakeholders.
- Assist with change scheduling and conflict resolution across multiple workstreams.
- Identify opportunities to improve change management processes, controls, and operational effectiveness.
- Support stakeholder communications and provide updates on change-related activities and outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Technology Change Management, IT Service Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of IT change governance, controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience supporting change advisory boards (CABs), governance reviews, and approval processes.
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and technology teams.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise technology environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL change management principles and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation or related Service Management certification.
- Experience supporting technology modernization or transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of risk, compliance, and audit requirements within enterprise organizations.
- Experience working in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
