The Role
Reporting to the Regional Head, UK, this is a senior, quotaâcarrying, hunter role focused on driving net new client acquisition (â80%) within BFSâparticularly MidâMarket banks and Building Societiesâwith some growth in existing or dormant accounts (â20%).
Youâll own the full sales lifecycle, build trusted Câsuite relationships, and play a pivotal role in expanding Brillioâs footprint in the UK financial services market.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build and execute newâlogo sales strategies across BFS
- Develop a strong, highâquality pipeline through prospecting and lead generation
- Engage and influence CxOâlevel stakeholders
- Lead endâtoâend sales cycles: discovery, presentations, RFI/RFPs, workshops, negotiation, and deal closure
- Act as the single point of contact for prospects and customers
- Collaborate closely with preâsales and practice teams to shape winning solutions
- Ensure a strong transition into delivery and longâterm client satisfaction
What Weâre Looking For
- 15+ years of experience selling IT Services / Digital Consulting
- Proven success in selling Digital Transformation, Product Engineering, Cloud & Data Analytics
- Consistent overâachievement against new business and revenue targets
- Strong network within BFS, including industry bodies and associations
- Deep experience managing RFI/RFPâled enterprise sales cycles
- Comfortable navigating complex, long sales cycles (6â12 months)
- Confident negotiator with senior business and technology leaders
