The Role

Reporting to the Regional Head, UK, this is a senior, quota‐carrying, hunter role focused on driving net new client acquisition (≈80%) within BFS—particularly Mid‐Market banks and Building Societies—with some growth in existing or dormant accounts (≈20%).

You’ll own the full sales lifecycle, build trusted C‐suite relationships, and play a pivotal role in expanding Brillio’s footprint in the UK financial services market.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and execute new‐logo sales strategies across BFS
  • Develop a strong, high‐quality pipeline through prospecting and lead generation
  • Engage and influence CxO‐level stakeholders
  • Lead end‐to‐end sales cycles: discovery, presentations, RFI/RFPs, workshops, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Act as the single point of contact for prospects and customers
  • Collaborate closely with pre‐sales and practice teams to shape winning solutions
  • Ensure a strong transition into delivery and long‐term client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience selling IT Services / Digital Consulting
  • Proven success in selling Digital Transformation, Product Engineering, Cloud & Data Analytics
  • Consistent over‐achievement against new business and revenue targets
  • Strong network within BFS, including industry bodies and associations
  • Deep experience managing RFI/RFP‐led enterprise sales cycles
  • Comfortable navigating complex, long sales cycles (6–12 months)
  • Confident negotiator with senior business and technology leaders
