Job Title: Director / Partner – AI & Digital Transformation Consulting

Location: London (Hybrid with client-site travel)

Package: Up to £200,000 total

Overview

A leading, purpose-driven consulting firm is seeking a senior leader to join its Digital, Data & AI team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering technology-enabled transformation across some of the UK’s most complex public and private sector organisations.

This is a rare opportunity for a strategic leader to step into a high-impact role, with significant ownership across client delivery, sales, team leadership, and capability development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and deliver enterprise-scale AI and digital transformation engagements
• Shape and define digital and AI strategies that align with business objectives
• Drive business development, leveraging your network to secure new opportunities (target: £500k+ personally attributable sales per year)
• Support the career development and coaching of junior and mid-level consultants
• Operate across advisory, product, and delivery disciplines to solve complex transformation challenges
• Contribute to internal propositions, thought leadership, and cross-sector go-to-market initiatives

Experience Required

You’ll likely bring:

• 15+ years of experience in consulting or complex tech-enabled transformation
• Proven ability to operate at CxO level and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• A demonstrable track record of personal sales and business development
• Depth in at least two of the following areas:
• Digital and AI strategy
• Agile product leadership
• Data and AI delivery
• Enterprise architecture and transformation
