Delivery Consultant - Global Functional Programming

One of our fastest-growing arms is Brio Logic, our dedicated functional programming team, which works with a variety of clients looking to recruit Golang, Rust, and Python programmers.

We’re ideally looking for an experienced delivery consultant with tech agency experience to work with one of our well-respected principal consultants to help support a number of long-term and exclusive clients.

Your role will be to search for and qualify high-quality engineers with good technical depth while maintaining relationships throughout.

You will also actively contribute to business development and maintain an up-to-date and accurate database.

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally, someone comfortable in a sales setting wants to learn and develop into a sales role proactively. However, if delivery is your career, we’re still open.
• Used to using CRMS as a competitive advantage with accurate data and well-maintained.
• Experience in sourcing and interviewing software engineers with proactive questioning to screen against new requirements to offer valid and reasoned assessments.
• Retained technical knowledge and was able to articulate well with technical specialists.
• Happy to work to sometimes unusual but fair hours due to the global nature of our client base.
• Excellent relationship building, stakeholder management and communication skills.
