Job Title: Business Analyst (x2)

Location: 1-2x/week on-site in Leeds

Duration: Until March 2026

Day Rate: £500/day Inside Ir35

Brio Digital are supporting a HealthTech consultancy who require 2x additional Business Analysts to support an ongoing transformation project on a national NHS services.

What You’ll Do

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for digital health initiatives
• Engage clinicians, product teams, and technical leads to define user journeys and outcomes
• Analyse existing workflows and propose process improvements within complex NHS environments
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for engineering and delivery teams
• Support product roadmaps, sprint planning, and change management activities
• Produce artefacts such as process maps, epics, and user stories in agile delivery

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare, NHS, or public sector contexts
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions effectively
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with ambiguity and iterative delivery

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to NHS data standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED)
• Experience within large-scale digital transformation programmes
• Understanding of API-based systems or integration design
• Background in Product or Service Design
