We are looking for an experienced and innovative AVP to lead our Intelligent Automation function. This role sits within a strategic analytics team, driving end-to-end AI and automation initiatives that deliver tangible business impact. You will partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement, design proof-of-concepts, and implement cutting-edge automation solutions. Initially, you will be working independently, but there will be the opportunity to build and mentor your own team as the function grows.

You will work closely with business units to implement technologies such as machine learning, NLP, computer vision, OCR/IDP, and algorithmic automation, increasing efficiency, accuracy, and agility across the business. The ideal candidate will have strong analytics and automation experience, preferably in insurance, with hands-on exposure to AI/ML technologies and Python. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, translating complex problems into actionable solutions and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
