Business Analyst – Lead to Cash / CPQ

Hybrid – Colchester (3 days per week onsite)

£55,000 – £65,000

We’re working with a specialist Oracle consultancy who are looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of Lead-to-Cash and CPQ solutions across enterprise client programmes.

This role sits at the centre of how organisations sell, price, contract, bill and recognise revenue, working closely with Sales, Finance and Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable Oracle solutions.

Day to day, you’ll lead requirements workshops, analyse end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes and produce clear functional specifications, user stories and solution designs. You’ll work alongside architects, developers and project managers to define pricing, configuration, approval and eligibility rules, ensuring solutions are practical, robust and aligned to commercial objectives.

This role would suit a Business Analyst with experience in CPQ, Sales, Order Management, or Lead-to-Cash, but we’re also keen to hear from candidates with strong transferable skills from similar domains such as Supply Chain, Contact Centre, CRM or other rules-driven enterprise systems.
