This is a Digital Business Analyst role within a growing business, working as part of a dedicated Client Digital Solutions Squad. The team’s focus is on designing and delivering innovative, client-facing digital products that improve client experience and help achieve strategic business goals.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders, clients, third-party vendors, and technical teams to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and shape solutions that are designed around client needs and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading discovery sessions and workshops to gather and define digital product requirements
• Championing user experience and client-focused design, particularly within client portals
• Translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Facilitating collaboration between business teams, technical teams, and external providers
• Supporting all stages of the agile product delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business and technical objectives

About you:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a digital or client-facing environment
• Confident in engaging with clients and facilitating workshops
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in agile teams and contributing to product delivery cycles
• Interested in digital innovation, user experience, and continuous improvement
