QA Lead Analyst
Build the QA Function | Automation Strategy | AI-First Testing
We're looking for an experienced QA leader to take ownership of quality across a growing healthtec software platform.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine technical QA expertise with the ability to define strategy, drive continuous improvement and build a modern quality engineering culture.
You'll work closely with Engineering, Product and Leadership teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle while helping shape how automation and AI are used across the business.
What you'll be doing- Leading and evolving the QA function
- Defining test strategy, standards and quality frameworks
- Designing scalable automation approaches across UI, API and integration testing
- Coaching and mentoring QA Engineers
- Establishing meaningful quality metrics and reporting
- Driving improvements in automation coverage, release confidence and defect prevention
- Embedding risk-based testing practices
- Championing the use of AI tooling to improve QA effectiveness
- Working with senior stakeholders to ensure quality remains aligned to business and customer outcomes
- Experience in QA Engineering, Test Automation or Quality Leadership
- Strong hands-on automation background using Playwright, Cypress or similar frameworks
- Experience leading quality initiatives within Agile software environments
- Deep understanding of CI/CD and modern software delivery practices
- Proven ability to define QA strategy and implement process improvements
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Passion for continuous improvement and engineering excellence
- Understanding of risk-based testing and audit requirements
- Experience testing AI-enabled or data-intensive platforms
- Exposure to quality governance and release management
