Digital Learning Lead
As a Digital Learning Lead, you’ll be responsible for the design and delivery of learning content for our Learning Management System and will be responsible for creating digital content that supports the learning needs across the organisation. You’ll translate content into online learning solutions, and manage our external eLearning platform through proactive curation, engagement building and analysis.
You’ll have strong technical skills, a passion for learning and innovation, and the creativity to produce engaging content. This is underpinned by a clear understanding of how people learn and a commitment to realising the BHF’s potential in this space.

About you With a good understanding of technology, as well as knowledge of broad range of digital tools including blogs, articles, infographics, videos, eLearning design options and more, you’ll have experience of Articulate Storyline, Adobe captivate and Adobe creative cloud suite.With a learning & development qualification and/or a good understanding of adult learning principles you’ll have knowledge of a wide range of learning formats e.g., social learning, games and simulations and will enjoy storyboarding and translating ideas into solutions.Experienced in managing multiple projects, you’ll have previous experience of designing and delivering learning skills training and will have multi sector experience, having worked with a variety of staff groups and skill levels.
Expertise in integrating and administering digital content platforms within an LMS environment would be beneficial.Organised, able to plan and prioritise work appropriately, as well as being able to respond to emerging needs, you’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively for different audiences.This role also has line management responsibility.

Please note this is a 13-month fixed term contact covering family leave.
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London office. Please note Thursday is our team office day.
Interview process
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit a digital learning asset they have created and provide a video overview or walkthrough the process. Those successful at this stage will progress to a MS Teams panel interview (18th & 19th March) and the final stage will be an informal meet the team session (23rd & 24th March).
