Founder's Associate | CEO Office

We are currently supporting a high-growth AI-driven technology company looking to hire a Founder’s Associate to work directly alongside the CEO.

This is a highly strategic, high-exposure role focused on supporting some of the company’s most important initiatives across growth, partnerships, investor relations, market analysis and execution.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the CEO across strategic priorities and special projects

• Preparing board materials, investor updates and external communications

• Conducting market research, competitive analysis and strategic assessments

• Coordinating cross-functional initiatives across commercial, operations and product teams

• Supporting partnership discussions, fundraising initiatives and business development efforts

Ideal background:

• 2-4 years of experience within top-tier consulting, investment banking, strategy or high-growth/startup environments

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• High level of ownership, pace and intellectual curiosity

• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments

• Interest in AI / technology / innovation sectors is a plus
