Investment Associate - Technology (Growth Equity)

Our Client, a leading international investment firm focused on partnering with high-growth technology businesses. The firm has a strong track record of backing founder-led and private equity-backed companies, supporting them through scaling, operational improvement, and strategic M&A.

Due to continued growth, the team is looking to hire an Investment Associate to support deal execution and portfolio development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across the technology sector
• Build and review financial models, including operating models and valuation analysis
• Conduct commercial due diligence and market research on target businesses
• Prepare investment materials for internal committees
• Work closely with management teams and external advisors throughout transactions
• Assist with portfolio company monitoring and strategic initiatives

Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years’ experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategy Consulting
• Strong exposure to technology / software / tech-enabled sectors preferred
• Solid financial modelling and analytical skillset
• Demonstrated involvement in live transaction processes
• Strong academic background
• Commercial mindset with interest in investing and value creation
