Data Analyst

Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented CMS Junior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various tasks and projects related to data analysis, cleansing, and presentation. You will also assist in reviewing cost/price comparisons and preparing comprehensive reports for our clients and internal business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
" Analyse, cleanse, and present data in appropriate formats.
" Review cost/price comparisons and prepare detailed reports.
" Support company IT systems, including inventory, procurement, consumption, quotations, and contracts.
" Assist with new service site implementations, contract renewals, and ongoing business support.
" Gather, collate, and analyse internal and external data, producing reports and graphs.
" Provide analysis and interpretation to support the team.
" Perform data analysis, data cleansing, and data comparisons.
" Collate Vendor/Client/Company information.
" Support ad-hoc data/admin tasks as required by the business unit.

About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytic skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive mindset and excellent communication skills are essential. You should also have:
" Strong proficiency in Excel, including the use of formulas, functions, pivot tables, and charts.
" Attention to detail and strong data entry skills.
" Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
" Ability to explain issues and remedies clearly, both orally and in writing.
" Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
" Post-graduate vocational qualification or working towards (Desirable).
" Competency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (Intermediate to Advanced).
Skills and Experience:
" Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
" Ability to quickly build positive rapport with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
" Aptitude for making quick and accurate decisions.
" Understanding of database management systems and electronic order processing (Desirable).
Languages:
" Fluent in English.
Mobility Requirements:
" Possible limited travel within the UK to support project tasks. No international travel required.
