This role is perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting into the nuts and bolts of devices while ensuring top-notch service delivery.

• Diagnose and perform hardware repairs on laptops, desktop computers, and mobile phones

• Manage and track inventory of parts and tools with accuracy

• Collaborate with other stores and warehouses to source components as needed

• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of hardware to meet internal deadlines

• Commit to delivering efficient, high-quality support to internal stakeholders

• Essential: Hands-on experience repairing laptops and desktop computers

• Desirable: Exposure to tablet or smartphone repairs

• Comfortable working to service levels and quality standards

• Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
