Hardware Engineer - IT Repairs & Support

Brook Street is proud to be partnering with a well-established organisation based in Huntingdon to recruit a Hardware Engineer. This is a key role focused on ensuring laptops, computers, and mobile devices are repaired and delivered on time to support a large internal user base.

• Repairing and maintaining laptops, desktop computers, and mobile phones

• Managing inventory with high levels of accuracy

• Liaising with other stores and warehouses to coordinate parts and accessories

• Ensuring timely turnaround and excellent service delivery

• Proven experience in laptop and computer repair - essential

• Strong understanding of service-level agreements and quality standards

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• Desirable: Experience with tablet or smartphone repair
