IT Program Manager – PSBU Engineering Project Tracker
Location: Daventry, United Kingdom
Engagement: Contract
Duration: Through end of 2026 (with potential extension)
Start Date: April 13th or 15th
On-site Expectation: 1 day onsite in Daventry at their Logistics Center
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a detail oriented, user centric IT Program Manager to directly support the ongoing development, maintenance, and issue resolution for the Engineering Project Tracking system. This individual will act as the primary bridge between engineering users, tracker owners, and ensure timely issue resolution, strong data quality governance, structured change management, and successful delivery of Power BI reporting enhancements.
This is a hands-on program management role requiring comfort in technology-led environments, excellent communication skills, and relentless attention to detail. Prior experience with PowerApps, SharePoint, or Power BI is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as frontline support for engineers experiencing tracker issues
- Investigate user reported problems and translate them for developers
- Monitor tracker data quality and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain issue and change request lists, service status pages, and improvement plans
- Support tracker owners in defining roadmap priorities
- Manage delivery of Power BI fixes and new dashboards
- Coordinate with analytics teams for dashboard improvements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years IT Program/Project Management or Technical Delivery experience
- Experience with PowerApps, Power BI, and SharePoint preferred
- Strong detail orientation and documentation skills
- Proven ability to coordinate offshore/nearshore teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in architecture or data governance
- Experience with lowcode/nocode platforms
- Familiarity with engineering project tracking tools
