Overview

We are currently seeking multiple Analytics Product Managers to join a large-scale transformation programme focused on building a truly data-driven organisation. This role sits at the heart of a growing analytics capability, responsible for shaping, prioritising, and delivering high-quality analytics products that support strategic decision-making, customer insight, regulatory compliance, and risk management. You will play a key role in driving the adoption and scalability of analytics and AI solutions, ensuring measurable business value is delivered across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the analytics product backlog for a defined data domain
  • Drive prioritisation aligned with senior stakeholders and business objectives
  • Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to deliver scalable data products
  • Engage subject matter experts (SMEs) to refine requirements and validate outputs
  • Challenge non-scalable or unclear requests and guide stakeholders towards optimal solutions
  • Ensure data products meet standards for governance, quality, lineage, and reusability
  • Coordinate delivery across internal teams and third-party partners
  • Communicate progress, risks, and priorities, proactively removing blockers
  • Promote and support data literacy across the wider organisation

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager within data, analytics, or AI environments
  • Strong understanding of data product lifecycle (from ideation through to scaling and optimisation)
  • Experience working closely with data engineering and analytics teams
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into structured delivery artefacts
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. financial services) is highly beneficial
  • Passion for driving data-driven decision making and business value
