- Rate: £500–£550 per day (Inside IR35)

Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced PLM & MES Delivery PMO / Implementation Manager to join a leading consulting-led environment, supporting the delivery of complex digital engineering programmes across enterprise clients.
This role will suit a contractor with strong experience managing PLM and MES implementations, combined with excellent stakeholder management and delivery leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of end-to-end PLM and MES programmes.
- Oversee implementation of leading PLM tools (e.g. Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA).
- Oversee implementation of MES platforms (e.g. Opcenter, ThingWorx, DELMIA).
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate delivery activities.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
- Drive planning, risk management, and governance across the programme lifecycle.
- Ensure successful delivery through testing, validation, and issue resolution.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong experience in project/programme management or PMO roles.
- Experience delivering PLM and/or MES implementations.
- Exposure to major PLM and MES platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working within manufacturing-led industries (e.g. Industrial, Aerospace, Automotive, Defence).
