Senior HR Business Partner – 4 days per week We are supporting a global tech organisation. 4 months contract – 30 hours per week – £525 Inside IR35 per day – 2 days per week in the Manchester office for meetings Join us as a Senior HR Business Partner (People Advisory) in Manchester and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s future. - Proven experience (8+ years) in strategic HR partnering and advisory roles
- Excellent communication, influencing, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Deep knowledge of HR policies, processes, and employment legislation relevant to the UK
- Expertise in organisational design, change management, and talent lifecycle management
- Strong business acumen with the ability to work collaboratively across functions
- Ability to lead and support large-scale organisational change initiatives
- Solid understanding of financial planning, P&L, and budgeting related to HR functions
- Experience with HR digital tools and HRIS systems
- A track record in diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
- Certification in HR or related fields (e.g., CIPD, SHRM)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior HR advisory or business partner role, ideally within a complex or global organisation
- Willingness to engage in occasional travel within the UK
