Join Our Team as a Technical Product Manager – Drive Data Excellence in Transportation

Are you passionate about shaping the future of mobility and data-driven solutions? We’re seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead the Supply Data domain within our Cars division. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the high-quality, reliable supply data that powers our booking experiences from search to post-book, enabling millions of customers worldwide to discover and book vehicles with confidence. Your leadership will influence commercial performance, operational stability, and regulatory compliance, making a tangible impact on our business and customers alike.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Technical Product Management, especially within high-scale backend ecosystems or developer-focused teams.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical constraints into clear business objectives.
  • Developer-centric mindset, with a passion for creating well-documented, efficient processes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, with experience influencing senior leadership and aligning roadmaps across multiple domains.
  • Strategic thinker comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing short-term impact with long-term stability.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, leveraging insights to guide platform development.
  • Deep understanding of system design, distributed architectures, API development, and event-driven systems.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with data storage, streams, and service-based architectures.
  • Familiarity with global high-scale environments, data integrity, and ownership boundaries.
  • Contribution to product communities, mentoring junior PMs, or participating in cross-functional workshops.
  • Knowledge of regulatory landscapes impacting data management.
Preferred Education & Experience:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex systems with cross-functional teams.
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions, challenge assumptions constructively, and advocate for scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively across diverse teams including Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and Compliance.
  • Engagement in community activities, mentoring, or training is a plus.
  • Role is Inside IR35
