Data Analytics Lead

Broster Buchanan are partnered with a leading UK business who are continuing to grow and are looking for a Data Analytics Lead. This is a an exciting opportunity to shape the future of their data and power strategic decision-making across their growing group of businesses. You’ll be the go to data expert, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive real commercial impact.This role is being offered with mostly remote working with an occasional need to travel to their Cheshire office once per month, plus a salary of £70k - £80k.Responsibilities:

• Developing and operationalising modern data platforms. You’ll take ownership of the data agenda across our the group and will eventually lead a growing team.
• You’ll be working closely with Finance, Product, Tech, and CRM teams to build new reporting capabilities, particularly in product analytics, sales performance, and service delivery metrics.
• Lead the strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and coaching of non-technical teams to make data more accessible and actionable.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in data analytics with strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Power BI (or similar tools).
• Ability to communicate complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams on sales, product, or service metrics.
