Broster Buchanan are working with a high growth technology services company, based in Gloucestershire to appoint an In house Legal Counsel  on a part time and hybrid basis (Negotiable*)We are seeking a commercially astute and proactive In-house Legal Counsel to support the business on a broad range of legal matters, with a particular emphasis on contract law and data protection.The successful candidate will be 

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent).
• Strong experience in contract law, specifically drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

* The client is open to a flexible part time arrangement, for example school hours only working pattern.
