Salesforce CRM Team Lead

Broster Buchanan are partnered with an innovative PE backed business who are looking for an experienced S alesforce CRM Team Lead to join their growing IT team. This key position involves managing their Salesforce administrators and developers while driving their CRM strategy forward. You'll balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise, ensuring the Salesforce environment continues to evolve with the business needs, manage sprint planning, and serve as a crucial link between technical implementation and business objectives.The role offers a salary of up to £60k and a hybrid working pattern with 3 days onsite in Leeds.Key Responsibilities:

• Guide, mentor, and develop a talented team of Salesforce professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Maintain hands-on involvement in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development, including flows and object management
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ticket management using Jira, serving as Scrum Master when needed
• Partner with business directors to gather requirements, prioritize development, and align CRM capabilities with strategic goals
• Identify team capacity needs and lead recruitment efforts as the department grows
• Serve as the primary liaison between the CRM team and broader business units, ensuring alignment and transparency

Requirements:

• Significant Salesforce experience with broad experience across the modules
• Proven track record in Salesforce administration or development roles with deep platform knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams in an Agile environment
• Proficiency with Salesforce Flows, standard objects, and core platform capabilities
• Experience in managing Jira boards, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and API management
