As our new Automation & Integration Manager, you'll spearhead the next phase of our integration and automation journey, shaping strategy, influencing business transformation, and building scalable solutions that directly impact how our business operates. This is a permanent, hybrid role offering a competitive salary of up to £85,000 plus benefits.The company is based in Cambridgeshire and will require 2-3 days of on-site Work Under a Hybrid working model.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Significant experience in integration, automation, or enterprise application delivery, with hands-on experience of enterprise integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Logic Apps, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and solution architecture, with a proven track record of designing and delivering scalable integration solutions within complex environments.
  • A consultative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and a practical, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for solving business problems.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical teams.
  • Familiarity with FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, retail, or other fast-paced operational environments would be advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in integration, automation, or enterprise application delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and solution architecture.
This Automation & Integrations Manager role is based in Cambridgeshire and requires 2-3 days per week on-site, under a Hybrid model.
