Business Intelligence Analyst – Travel & Expense

We're looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a growing team, supporting global clients with Travel & Expense (T&E) data, reporting, and business intelligence solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in finance, data analysis, business intelligence, or travel technology who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

The Role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll play a key role in onboarding new clients, analysing Travel & Expense data, building insightful reports and dashboards, and helping clients maximise the value of the platform. Working closely with internal teams and customers, you'll contribute to successful implementations and ongoing client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects.
• Manage data acquisition and ETL processes.
• Analyse Travel & Expense data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design and develop bespoke reports and dashboards.
• Work collaboratively within Agile project teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and business processes.

Experience & Skills

• Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards.
• Understanding of ETL processes is advantageous.
• Experience within Travel & Expense, Travel Technology, or SaaS would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Experience working with stakeholders or clients.
