Finance Operations Manager, you'll work closely with the Group Financial Controller and take ownership of core finance operations, helping to strengthen controls, improve processes and ensure the finance function can scale alongside the wider business.
Key areas include: - Month-end close and financial reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and journals
- Treasury and cashflow management
- Payroll oversight
- VAT and statutory compliance
- Financial controls and audit readiness
- Process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting future international growth and new entity set-up
