A Gloucestershire and Cotswolds company is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to own and deliver the seamless connectivity between core business systems.   This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary range of £60,000 to £70,000 per annum. This is a Hybrid role with an expectation to be on-site 3 days per week in the Gloucestershire Cotswolds region.   In this permanent, GBP60,000 - GBP70,000 role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and governing integrations across our CRM, ERP, ITSM, and data platforms.   Your work will enable the company to scale safely through transformation and M&A, ensuring that changes are well communicated, controlled, and adopted across the organisation.   You will own the integration approach and target architecture across the organisation's core platforms

- Lead end-to-end technology integration for acquisitions and consolidate entities

- Deliver integration workstreams with strong governance and stakeholder management .

Preferred  Requirements:

  • Hands-on design and build/configuration of integrations using middleware/iPaaS, ETL/ELT, APIs, and SQL
  • Define integration standards, data mappings, and runbooks to ensure system-of-record decisions and master data flows
  • Create and maintain a repeatable M&A systems integration playbook
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure redesigned processes are supported end-to-end across systems
  • Drive continuous improvement and technical debt reduction across the integration estate
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience delivering hands-on system integrations across multiple platforms, including cutovers and hypercare
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and how system integration impacts customer lifecycle, service delivery, and financial control
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical changes in plain English and manage stakeholder expectations
This is a Hybrid permanent role with the client's expectation of 3 days per week onsite in their Cotswold-based offices in Gloucestershire, with a salary range of £60,000 - £70,000
