Excellent opportunity for a Lead Developer commutable to London. This is a permanent role with a salary of £75,000 basic and offered on a Hybrid working model of 2-3 days a week in the office near Bank tube stationThe purpose of this role is to lead the development function in delivering scalable, automated and data-driven business systems that enable the company's transformation strategy. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, the Lead Developer will focus on hands-on development, integration, and optimisation of Salesforce, NetSuite, Halo (or similar), and associated middleware. The role will establish and maintain development frameworks, drive customisation and integration, and enable systems that underpin a modern, efficient operating model. ROLE DUTIES General
  • Deliver the system changes and enhancements determined by the Transformation Team, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with transformation
Solution Design, Delivery, Administration, and Operation
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient solutions for CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), ITSM (TBD), MDR (TBD), other corporate platforms, and transition
  • Document technical designs and support governance frameworks as required 
Development, Integration, and Automation
  • Build and customise applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SuiteScript, and .NET/C#
  • Develop APIs and middleware for integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and ITSM, including the use of third-party solutions (e.g. MuleSoft).
  • Automate real-time workflows and data migrations across systems
  • Ensure adherence to security standards and data protection regulations
 Stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers and transformation consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver them
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Required Technical Skills:
    • Salesforce: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL.
    • NetSuite: SuiteScript x, SuiteFlow, SuiteCloud, RESTlets, SuiteTalk.
    • Halo (or similar) ITSM: .NET/C#, REST API,
    • General: JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, Git, CI/CD
    • Integration Expertise: REST/SOAP APIs, middleware
    • Business Intelligence: Tableau, data transformation, automated data
    • Azure
  • Cross-Platform Skills:
    • Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Understanding of inheritance, abstraction, and design
    • Integration: Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable integrations across CRM, ERP, ITSM, and BI
    • Cloud & SaaS Knowledge: Understanding multi-tenant architectures and API
    • DevOps Practices: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (Git).
    • APIs and middleware integrations (REST) between SFDC, NetSuite, ITSM, and MDR, including the use of third-party solutions (e.g. MuleSoft).
