Lead Developer

• Gloucestershire based permanent Senior or Lead Software Engineer role
• .Net C# SQL JavaSCript developer experience across ERP and CRM systems
• Permanent Hybrid 3 days a week onsite up to £85,000

My Gloucestershire and Cotswolds-based client is seeking a talented Lead Developer to join a new dynamic team and play a pivotal role in their exciting Transformation programme. As the senior-most engineering authority, you will be responsible for designing, building, and integrating scalable, secure, and automated systems across their Salesforce (CRM), NetSuite (ERP), Halo (ITSM), and middleware platforms.   This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary range of £70,000 to £85,000 per annum. This is a Hybrid role with expectations to be on site 3 days per week in the Gloucestershire Cotswolds region.   - Lead the technical vision and delivery of core systems, setting the standards for coding quality, security, testing, and automation.

- Collaborate closely with the business and integration teams to translate requirements into innovative, maintainable solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the development function.

Preferred Requirements:

• Hands-on expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Salesforce, NetSuite, Halo, and middleware technologies.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing secure, scalable integrations between CRM, ERP, ITSM, and BI platforms.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS, Git, and DevOps tooling to build robust, automated solutions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage third-party partners, and drive Agile delivery.
• Commitment to maintaining the stability, performance, and reliability of core systems through proactive monitoring and optimization.
