Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you will be involved in all aspects of travel technology, with a strong focus on online client services. - Implement and support corporate online booking tools
- Manage client onboarding and system configurations
- Provide ongoing technical and operational support to clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of online solutions
- Experience within travel technology or corporate travel
- Strong understanding of online booking tools
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
