Online product and implementation lead

Online Product & Implementation Lead Location: Glasgow Sector: Travel Technology / Corporate Travel We’re partnering with a highly regarded Travel Management & Travel Technology organisation to recruit an Online Product & Implementation Lead. This is a key role for an experienced travel technology professional who enjoys owning online booking platforms, leading customer implementations, and driving digital adoption. You’ll sit at the centre of the business’s digital strategy, working closely with customers, sales, account management, and technical teams to deliver best-in-class online and mobile booking solutions. The breadth of this role makes it a genuine career-development opportunity, offering exposure to the full booking lifecycle and the chance to influence how customers engage with travel technology at scale.Key Responsibilities As Online Product & Implementation Lead, you will:
  • Act as Product Lead and Agency Administrator for online/mobile booking tools such as Cytric and Atriis
  • Lead and support customer implementations across multiple countries and currencies
  • Provide second-line online support and manage escalations for complex system issues
  • Review and roll out new online booking features to enhance customer experience
  • Manage system integrations (SSO, APIs, expense platforms, Teams and other tools)
  • Support Radius Travel Concur and customer-owned Cytric environments
  • Drive efficiency through automation, smart workflows, and Compleat PNR processes
  • Expand online content, suppliers, and services across booking platforms
  • Deliver customer training, documentation, and ongoing product consultancy
  • Work closely with internal teams on rail systems, proprietary platforms, and GDS smart flows
Skills & Experience Required We’re keen to speak with candidates who bring:
  • 3–5+ years’ experience using Cytric or Atriis within a TMC environment
  • Strong Amadeus GDS knowledge (Galileo or Sabre also welcomed)
  • Proven experience implementing customers onto online booking platforms
  • Solid project management skills and delivery experience
  • Understanding of PCI compliance, virtual cards, and payment workflows
  • Good working knowledge of GDPR and protected personal data
  • Confidence acting as a subject matter expert for online booking technology
