Programme / Transformation Lead

The Portfolio Lead is an integral part of the Transformation team. The role will be responsible for planning, sequencing and executing a portfolio of exciting transformation projects across the business. This role is critical in ensuring alignment and consistent prioritisation across the business. This role will embed and run a flexible and agile approach to the roadmap and ensure effective planning, clarity and a consistent ROI framework to undertaken initiatives.  The role will work closely with a wide range of teams from across the Retail, Supply Chain and Technology functions.  The role will suit an Transformation professional with a broad range of experience gained from within the retall or other consumer sectors.
